I ran across a post a while back about sprint supporting txt2landline functionality. When I first tried it, it didn’t work but I decided to check it out again today.

Text to landline allows me to send a text message from my mobile to a landline number. The landline phone rings and a voice reads the text. After the message is read, the person can send a canned reply (Yes, No, Please call back) or reply via voice (which dials my cell).

Another not entirely useful service, but it’s pretty cool. I hate talking on the phone and I like sending txts
